Game Journalism Play 3

1. What NEW things did you build today? [IMAGE]

I built second floor. I built it with stairs, wooden floor, fences, and walls.

2. How will these NEW things help you play the game (TIPS&TRICKS)?

- By building second floor, I can get more spaces and organize the furniture (storage, researching table, simple grilling, and water purifier) tidy. 
- The fences prevent me from falling into sea mistakenly. 
- I can easily get debris using plastic hook from second floor.
- It is easier to land on the island whose shore is high from second floor.

3. What strategies are you going to try to focus on tomorrow?

- I will organize the furniture and I will try get more things from researching table. 
- I will practice making direction of the raft using mast.

4. Add a picture of your raft. (include a caption) Explain why you built the raft the way you did.

I built second floor instead of expanding raft horizontally because it will be easier for me to defend the raft from the shark. ( it's easier to find where a shark is attacking my raft)

Game Journalism Play 2

1. What specifically did you do today?

- I built mast, research table, storage, and a lantern. I also expanded my raft a little, and I landed on the island and small raft to collect more stuff.

2. What did you learn about how to play the game (TIPS&TRICKS)?

- Water purifier is the first thing you need to build to survive.
- Collect barrels primarily. It has a lot of stuff in it.
- Make camp fire thing to bake potatoes and fish. Baked food fill your hunger better.
- Build a storage to keep your stuff.
- Don't swim to collect debris. Use plastic hook, otherwise you'll be attacked by shark.
- Use mast to operate the direction to the island

3. What strategies are you going to try to focus on tomorrow?

- I am going to try to build a second floor on the raft. To build second floor, I will look for the way to get a bolt. Probably I can find in research table...

4. Add a picture of your raft. (include a caption) Explain what you have done to your raft and WHY.

- I added mast on the raft to make a direction to islands.
- I put some storage and research table to keep my stuff and invent more things.
- I made a lantern on the raft for light at night.

Game Journalism Day 1 - Basics

What is this game about? - explain your situation and what you see- add image

This is the game about a boy who is drifting on the raft. He only has a plastic hook at first, and the player need to craft things and collect debris to make him survive.  There is a shark so make a spear to fight against it. Also there are islands but do not land on it for too long because it is going to disappear in a fixed time.

How I collect debris

1. Collect debris by using a plastic hook
   
2. Collect debris by hand ( enter "E" key )

I can use a spear to get shark away from the raft (still need to repair the raft)

Why did you die and what do you need to do about it? 

I died once because I was thirsty and I could not get pure water ( I actually drank seawater and made the character more thirsty...). I built a equipment to make a pure water on my raft and also made a cup, so I am now able to make pure water by seawater. I also need to make a fishing rod to prepare for hunger.

1. What specifically did you do?
- Used plastic hook and gather some stuff: plastic, plank, leaf, barrel
- Been killed by shark
- Drawn
- land on the island and picked up some flowers
- ate potatoes
- drank a cup of sea water ( made me more thirsty and I died )
- build some tools: hook and a cup


2. What did you learn about about how to play the game?
- I need to collect many materials to build things for survive
- I need to build fire to make pure water ( maybe )
- I need to land on the island ahead and go back on the raft to not miss it.


3. What strategies are you going to try to focus on tomorrow?
I will focus on collecting ropes to build a spear to fight against the shark.
Also I will build some fire to make pure water.
Survive as long as possible.... ( I died so quickly this time )
